About Emily
Hello! My name is Emily and I'm glad you stopped by! I'd like to tell you a little about myself… I live with my two wonderful boys, my husband, and dog. I'm an astrologer, angel card and oracle card reader, scientist, mom, animal lover, and spiritual enthusiast. I've been interested in astrology and the mystical sciences for as long as I can remember, but it wasn’t until around 2019 when I really became serious with my studies.
Currently, I have my certification of completion for Chris Brennan's Hellenistic Astrology Course and Yasmin Boland's Moonology™ course. Everyday I'm soaking up more and more astrology - everything from podcasts such as The Astrology Podcast, and Nightlight Astrology to books and audiobooks by Steven Forrest, Richard Tarnas, Demetra George, Vettius Valens and more. Whenever possible, I'm partaking in special webinars and other trainings of interest. In addition, my spiritual practice is extensivity influenced by Kyle Gray (UK), Colette Baron-Reid, John Holland, and Louise Hay.
Prior to my deep dive into astrology, I had over 18 years experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. During my time in the that industry, I had extensive experience working in the lab, running various studies, and authoring and editing multiple regulatory documents for various government agencies around the world. After leaving that industry in 2018, I started homeschooling my youngest son and continued doing so for the next 6 years. Also at that time, I dove head-first into studying astrology, spirituality, and various divination practices.
Astrology and my spiritual practice has been a major contributing factor in helping me heal scars from the past. It has also been greatly influential in helping me heal from a chronic illness and live a more fulfilling life. I can honestly say, I'm not the same person I was years ago. Every day I evolve (like a Pokémon) into a better, upleveled version of myself.
Now my hope is to help people find similar clarity and peace in their life-stories and to help guide and empower them to see and shine their light with the world.
